About Radiant Kids Therapy

Radiant Kids Therapy was founded by Laura Agyeman (M.S., CCC-SLP) in 2018 to give children in San Diego County, CA the support they need to shine their brightest. 

After working in a variety of settings including the public school system and private practice, Laura shifted her focus to in-home early intervention services. This was a rewarding experience that enabled her to make a difference in the lives of children and their families, and she loved it. But soon she was getting more referrals than she could handle alone, so she created Radiant Kids Therapy to ensure every child could receive this life-changing care. 

Laura is continually grateful to be in such a meaningful, rewarding career and to have the opportunity to work with so many wonderful families. She is passionate about creating a positive and supportive company culture for team members and providing the best possible services for clients.  In addition to her work, Laura feels incredibly blessed to be married to her wonderful husband with two active, sweet young kids at home. As a creative at heart, Laura has a rich artistic history in musical theatre, vocal performance, songwriting, writing, worship leading and musical composition.
