to meet your district’s SLP, OT and PT needs, support your district objectives, and maintain compliance.
who can meet the needs of your school and provide effective, compassionate therapy services.
to ensure every clinician is compliant and successful in their role as a school-based therapist in your district.
through anticipated and unanticipated staffing needs.
This is life-changing work that matters! Don’t feel like you need to settle when it comes to providing top-quality SLP, OT, and PT services that support your students’ learning. With a therapist from Radiant Kids Therapy, you’re going to get the best in terms of compliance, clinical excellence, and collaboration.
As a small, local, SLP-operated company, we’re not a large therapy staffing company that’s headquartered in another state. We’re dedicated to providing excellent therapy and customized service alongside our partners and communities here in Southern California.
Let us provide the expertise in school-based pediatric therapy so you can focus on everything else that goes into running your school.
We’re a local, SLP-owned and operated company, not a huge staffing company juggling tons of schools and therapists. When you have a question or challenge, nothing beats the ability to pick up the phone and talk to someone you know and trust.
You don’t have to work with a recruiter or sort through resumes.
You’ll be connected with our school liaison, who will match your needs with the right therapist.
Our therapists live locally and are hired with the intention of long-term relationships. Stability for them means stability for you.
We make it easy for you by:
You’ll work directly with a point person who is available to support the district and the clinician placed with your district.
At the start of the contract, we coordinate with your team to ensure a smooth transition.
Throughout your contract, we’ll make it easy for you to provide direct feedback to ensure we’re meeting your needs and addressing challenges head-on.
We’re available to provide on-site SLP, OT, and PT services throughout Southern California, currently in San Diego County and Riverside County, soon to include additional parts of Southern CA.

Certified NPA stands for Certified Non-Public Agency. In California, private organizations with this certification can provide special education or related services on behalf of a school district.
Yes, Radiant Kids Therapy is a certified NPA and maintains all licenses and records to comply with ongoing oversight from the State of California. This program was set up to allow districts to contract out certain services to meet budget or staffing needs while ensuring students with disabilities receive high-quality services.
We take care of completing the background verification for all of our therapists. This includes verifying licenses and credentials, plus performing DOJ and FBI fingerprinting and background checks. This is part of the process we need to perform for our NPA certification.
Radiant Kids Therapy carries active liability insurance, malpractice insurance, and workers’ compensation insurance policies. If your district has other specific coverage requirements, just let us know what you need!
For clinical questions, team members will typically reach out to our experienced mentors and support team at Radiant Kids. This saves your staff time and allows team members to tap into our team’s knowledge and experience.
If the question relates to something district-specific — like a district policy, legal question, or school staff — the team member will reach out to the appropriate contact in your district administration.
Working together to meet and exceed compliance standards starts from the very beginning of our relationship with your district. Typically, when we begin the contract, we set up a meeting to understand your district’s specific policies and procedures. This is also a great time to share any IEPs needing special attention. From our side, the meeting is attended by the clinician placed at your school plus a seasoned member from our supervision team.
We also strive to check in with the district IEP team at the beginning and throughout the contract. This helps us align with your district’s IEP policies and stay up-to-date on student needs and concerns. As an extra layer of support, the team at Radiant Kids Therapy collaborates to problem-solve and ensure compliance around high-profile IEP cases.
Ultimately, we’re here to back you up as the school administrator who has the final authority on compliance for the IEPs in your school district.
We’re based out of San Diego County and Riverside County, soon to include additional parts of Southern CA, and are available to provide on-site speech, occupational, and physical therapy services in schools throughout much of Southern California. In the event your district is located beyond our current service area for on-site therapy, consider our virtual therapy program for providing services to students in schools throughout California. We’ve been successfully supporting kids and students virtually for several years now.
We frequently hire experienced therapists who can hit the ground running and ensure our team has the depth of experience to support all clinical, IEP, and compliance needs.
When we do hire therapists who are new to working in schools, we only choose the best. Then, we set them (and you!) up for success by going above and beyond to support, train and mentor them. This includes:
Yes, we agree — it’s such a challenge to find and hire high-quality therapists! At Radiant Kids Therapy, our big focus is providing excellent therapy services for kids and exceptional support for our therapists. This dedication to excellence has built us a positive reputation that therapists want to be a part of. This includes being a great employer by focusing on strong clinical support and an established positive company culture. On top of our stellar reputation, we’ve refined a process around recruiting, screening, and hiring great therapists.
It’s hard for a school district to provide that same level of attention to finding and supporting therapists.
We love and have success in hiring SLPs, OTs, and PTs with prior experience in the school setting– many of them with years or even decades of school-based experience.
For any therapists we hire who don’t have prior school experience, though, we are highly selective about who we choose and have an extensive mentoring and support program to help prepare and support therapists who are transitioning to working in the schools for the first time.
