Qualifications and Job Requirements

Our therapists are responsible for maintaining our high standards of excellence and professionalism, which is why the following qualifications are vital:

Licensed in the state of California (or CF/RPE SLPs)
Available for at least 8 hours/week
Located in San Diego County
Reliable transportation
Valid driver’s license
Able to work independently
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Time management and organizational skills
Good physical stamina
Enjoy collaborating with families and colleagues
Enjoy working with young kids
Able to develop individualized treatment plans
Able to write and submit evaluations, documentation and progress reports
