We continually receive more referrals than we can accept, so we are always looking for more therapists to join our team! At this time, we are hiring full-time and part-time, home-based and school-based:

Qualifications and Position Requirements

Our therapists are responsible for maintaining our high standards of excellence and professionalism, which is why the following qualifications are vital:

Licensed in the state of California (SLPs, CF/RPEs, OTs, PTs & SLPAs)
Available for at least 8 hours/week
Located in San Diego County or Riverside County
Reliable transportation
Valid driver’s license
Able to work independently
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Time management and organizational skills
Good physical stamina
Enjoy collaborating with families and colleagues
Enjoy working with kids
Able to develop evidence-based individualized treatment plans
Able to write and submit timely documentation, progress and evaluation reports
