What’s It Like Working for Radiant Kids Therapy?

A woman in a denim jacket smiling at a table.“Working for Radiant Kids Therapy was one of the best professional decisions I’ve ever made! Radiant goes above and beyond in every way. The company’s care for its clients AND its therapists is truly unparalleled. Before I started with Radiant, I was nervous about doing in-home therapy. But I quickly fell in love with my newfound flexibility, autonomy, opportunity to connect with families, and ability to enjoy the heart of speech therapy without extraneous job requirements. I am forever grateful for the joy-filled days and professional growth that working for Radiant brought me.” – Christina Hunger, internationally-renowned Speech-Language Pathologist who discovered how dogs can talk.

“I can’t recommend Radiant Kids Therapy enough. This company truly values every employee and although we don’t work in an office, they do an incredible job making you feel connected and seen. The support and access to management is never an issue. They handle all business means efficiently and quickly. Not only is everyone exceptional at what they do, they truly are RADIANT individuals and promote true work life balance. The autonomy this company provides is a breath of fresh air. It’s clear they honor each employee as individuals and respect all with so much dignity. I have friends in other home health companies that don’t receive anything close to the same benefits, guidance, care, and support that Radiant Kids Therapy does. The culture this company has established is nurturing, fun, motivating, and inspiring.” – SLP (Oceanside, CA)

“After many years of floating around the OT job market, I finally found a great fit at Radiant Kids Therapy. From the extremely supportive and positive administrative team to the energetic and motivated therapists I work with, everything about Radiant Kids Therapy makes me enjoy going to work each day. There is flexibility in how much you want or need to work and your schedule is created by you, which helps with a work/life balance that is often hard to find.” – OT (San Diego, CA)

“Working at RKT has been such a positive change in my career. I transitioned from outpatient ortho into working in peds, and I have been nothing but supported by my fellow peers and management. I was able to be mentored to refresh my skills in the pediatric setting, and weekly meetings/open communication with other therapists help me provide the best treatment to my kiddos by asking questions. Compensation and benefits are very competitive and fair. It is so easy to bring up questions to lead therapists/owner. There is so much respect for our time and work/life balance. They don’t pressure you to take kiddos outside of your preferred working zip codes or outside of your preferred hours.” – PT (Chula Vista, CA)
