Jackie
Occupational Therapist
Jackie received her Masters in occupational therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health and Sciences. She has since been working in pediatric outpatient settings and has experience working with children diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, sensory processing needs, various genetic conditions and developmental delays. She loves helping children to foster learning and growth in everyday skills and abilities through play-based activities within their natural environment and supporting families to help their child thrive. She especially loves implementing sensory-based techniques to engage the child’s senses and attune their nervous system for optimal learning and engagement. In her free time, Jackie enjoys practicing and teaching yoga, travelling, being in nature, and getting crafty with her nieces and nephews when she visits them in her home town in upstate New York.
